Our philosophy when preparing our dishes and creating our menus is based on always using products in their most optimal state. We use seasonal and organic products whenever possible, especially if they have been elaborated or produced locally in Felanitx and its vicinity. When it comes to always sustainable wild products, as in the case of tuna, we use Yellow finn since it is the only one that is not in danger of extinction.
By using condiments in our kitchen, we enhance the main ingredient always respecting its original flavor and trying to boost it with our sauces and side dishes.
Protein and fat control is crucial for the success of your gastronomical experience, for this reason we play with acids and NATURAL sugars in order to considerably adjust its consumption and have or customers feeling great at the end.
